Jordanian Armed Forces

United Technology Solutions is the major supplier of ICT total solutions to the Jordanian Armed Forces. Our solutions include the provision of Hardware, Network Infrastructure, Software Licenses, Application Development, Provision of ERP Systems, Support, Maintenance and Training.

Ministry of Information and Communication Technology

UTS has signed the Oracle Framework Licensing Agreement with the e-Government Program. Through this agreement; UTS is providing Oracle licensing and support services to all governmental agencies participated in the e-Government Program. UTS is also providing Oracle Approved Training to various government employees under this agreement.

UTS has also provided the MoICT with a total solution to establish a new data center for the ministry. The Center was equipped by a Local Area Network including active and passive components, Dell Data Centre Solution (Blade Servers), a Storage Area Network (SAN), in addition to Microsoft Server Services such as MS Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Microsoft SharePoint Server.

National Training and Employment Company

United Technology Solutions has provided the National Training and Employment Company with a customized ERP solution, to automate the daily business operations of the company. The provided solution included the provision of Dell Infrastructure Solution (Dell Servers and PCs, main storage box, and tape drives), the provision of full network infrastructure solution by connecting 12 remote sites with the main branch, the Installation of a complete campus network called “Shweier”, the provision of security solutions at all levels (i.e. database security, application security, access control, ...), and the provision of professional Technical and End User training and knowledge transfer services.

Civil Service Bureau

UTS has provided the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) with two key solutions; The Electronic Examination System and the Government of Jordan Human Resources Management Information System.

The Electronic Examination System was meant to automate the exam process carried out by the CSB by establishing an enterprise question bank used to compose, publish and deliver exams to the target candidates. The GoJ HRMIS is meant to enhance and upgrade the existing CSB application into a new solution based on web technology to enable external and internal access and interaction with the system. This project will empower 68 governmental bodies by providing necessary HRMIS information to HR staff, supervisors and directors.

Jordanian Duty Free Shops

UTS has Provided the Jordanian Duty Free Shops with full automation solution and we provided them with following IT Components:
1- Full ERP Solution in Microsoft Dynamic with HR and Payroll.
2- Full POS Solution fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamic GP.
3- DELL Servers.
4- New Network Infrastructure (Cisco & Nexans).
5- Microsoft Licensing.
we replaced old local ERP system with international one, this system will serve all company employees which they are around 350 employees and to serve all scattered duty free shops branched around the kingdom
