UTS building the HRMS application for the Government of Jordan

UTS in collaboration with the Royal Scientific Society have developed the HRMS application for the Government of Jordan. The Civil Service Bureau, the entity which is responsible for the project will host the application at their premises to server over 69 Ministries and Government Entities.

The HRMS project which is fully developed using Oracle J2EE language is considered one the most important E-Service as part of the E-Government project. it will be integrated with the GFMIS application currently being implemented at the Ministry of Finance. UTS consultants worked very closely with the Civil Service Bureau Staff to build the Business Processes according to the Government Human Resource and Organizational Structure standards.
